賢滙會計 SAGE ACCOUNTING SERVICES 及 賢滙企業服務有限公司 SAGE BUSINESS AFFAIRS LIMITED 尊重您要求刪除資料的權利。Meta 應用程式「SAGA AM」只會儲存您向我們的 Facebook／Instagram 專頁傳送的訊息與留言相關資料。
SAGE ACCOUNTING SERVICES (賢滙會計) and SAGE BUSINESS AFFAIRS LIMITED (賢滙企業服務有限公司) respect your right to have your data deleted. The Meta app "SAGA AM" only stores data from messages and comments you send to our Facebook / Instagram pages.
如何要求刪除 How to request deletion
- 電郵 info.sagehk@gmail.com，主旨請寫「Data Deletion Request」。
Email info.sagehk@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". - 請寫下您的 Facebook／Instagram 名稱或用戶名稱，以及您曾聯絡的專頁。
Include your Facebook / Instagram name or username, and the Page you contacted. - 我們可能要求您核實身份，例如用同一帳戶再傳訊息確認。
We may ask you to confirm your identity, e.g. by sending a message from the same account.
之後如何處理 What happens next
- 我們會於 7 日內確認收到您的要求。We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- 我們會於 30 日內從系統刪除您的訊息、留言及相關個人資料，並以電郵確認。We delete your messages, comments and profile information from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email.
- 按香港法律必須保留的紀錄，只會保存至法定期限屆滿後刪除。Records we must keep by Hong Kong law are kept only for the legally required period, then deleted.
您亦可在 Facebook 移除本應用程式的存取權：設定與私隱 > 設定 > 應用程式和網站。
You can also remove the app's access from Facebook: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
